Some folks call me Red Boot Rob; others call me the Red Boot Agent. I like them both!

My name is Rob Hamlin, and I grew up here in Salem Oregon. The goal of my office is to serve you, your loved ones, and this wonderful community that I call home. We do this through our dedication to customer service and by solving your problems with State Farm’s wide array of insurance products. We are able to accomplish this is by getting to know you and your loved ones. We want that relationship with you!

I bought my first pair of cowboy boots when I was 17. Now as a State Farm agent and 35, I get to wear bright red ones! I was a successful athlete at Sprague High School lettering in football, track, basketball and graduated in 2009. I moved to Montana and lived the cowboy life packing horses and mules and playing country music. I guided deer hunters in the hills of Ontario, Oregon. I moved to Sequim, Washington and studied classical music under a classical composer. My time prior to State Farm was spent on the farm operating tractors in the hazelnut and grass seed industry. The agricultural community is and will always be near and dear to my heart.

My limited free time is spent with my wonderful wife and 4 children ages 9 months to 7-years old. It's a busy season of life, but we wouldn't trade it for anything! I love playing my guitar, hunting fishing, working out, being active, or reading something by Tolkien.

My office is dedicated to serving you and the greater Salem area community. Stop by and meet the team and have a cup of coffee. We can’t wait to see you!
